Origins

Daniela Rivero, founder of La Chuparosa, is trained in visual arts and is part of an emerging movement of ceramicists from Xalapa building on a long tradition of ceramic artists from the region. Her work has been recognized by El Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura and the Franz Mayer Museum in Mexico City.
